Sometimes we don’t have the time or, quite frankly, the energy to do all the great wellness practices we think we should be doing: long meditations, yoga classes, and green juices.

But it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. You can incorporate a few simple practices into your daily life in such a way that it becomes a great little routine to keep you grounded.

No matter what’s going on in my life, I always do these three things every single day:
