This summer, I’ve been meditating more, surrendering more, and (always) listening to Bedtime Mantras before bed. (There are things some of us must do if we want to have peace of mind.)

Still, I felt something was missing.

Then, it clicked:

I ended up having the most relaxing, reinvigorating, and rejuvenating time with my friends because of this simple trick. Now, I’m back in New York City feeling charged up with calm energy and ready to take on whatever is coming my way.
